Convicted of Abusing Harmful Intoxicants, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.31(A) and one additional count.

Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 20 days.

 

2/17/2015 - Travis Fleming, 23 year old male from Rittman - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000395

Convicted of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.12(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark

K. Wiest to: a fine of $500.00 and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.

 

2/18/2015 - Jessica S. Bailey, 35 year old female from Millersburg - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000337

Convicted of Aggravated Trafficking, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1) and 2 additional counts. Sentenced by

Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months. The

judge ordered: mental health services as instructed, subject to pill count by probation, follow holmes co crt orders. Additionally the
