Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00 and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.

 

3/11/2015 - Wayne Willim Keller, II, 31 year old male from DETROIT - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000421

Convicted of Vandalism, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.05(B)(2) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark

K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.

 

3/11/2015 - Joseph L. Davis, 62 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000313

Convicted of Possession of Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a

fine of $500.00 and a professional license suspension for 6 months.

3/11/2015 - Amber L. Bell, 22 year old female from Akron - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000339

Convicted of Trafficking in Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by

Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.
