Week of 12/25/17 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 12/25/2017 to 1/1/2018:

 

12/28/2017 - Kimberly Baugh, 45 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2017 CR-B 001447

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $350.00. The judge ordered:  May qualify for house arrest; Screen for HOPE Court; Engage in services at the counseling center.  Follow all recommendations.  Keep all appointments. Engage in employment services

Complete TARP. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 20 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.

 

12/27/2017 - Dammond Bullard, 24 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2017 CR-B 002109

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: TARP program Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 20 Hours.

 

12/28/2017 - Jay Edward Dean, 63 year old male from STERLING - Case No. 2017 CR-B 001722

Convicted of Aggravated Menacing, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.21(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $200.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

12/29/2017 - Michael Cunningham, 34 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2017 CR-B 001714

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 120 days and a fine of $100.00. The judge ordered: Fine waived.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.
