Week of 2/01/16 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 2/1/2016 to 2/8/2016:

Convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.51(A). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan

to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: Sentenced stayed while in Pathway Program. If

successfully completed, jail sentence will be vacated. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation

Fees.

 

2/1/2016 - Gregory K. Borders, II, 20 year old male from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2014 CR-B 001816

Convicted of Failure to Comply with Underage Alcohol Laws, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4301.69(E)(1). Sentenced

by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $500.00. The judge ordered: Fines and Costs to be

waived.

 

2/1/2016 - Nicholas Wayne Gentry, 25 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 001924

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of

incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $500.00. The judge ordered: Jail concurrent with Felony sentence Additionally the following

Directions of Probation Officer; Electronic Home Monitoring: Jail sanction stayed for 14 days to screen for house arrest. If qualified
