Week of 3/19/18 Criminal Felony Convictions:

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.  Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 3/19/2018 to 3/26/2018:

 

3/19/2018 - Nick Andos, 52 year old male from West Salem - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000467

Convicted of Possession of Marihuana, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00 and a driver's license suspension for 6 months. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

3/20/2018 - Kenneth Boggs, 32 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000361

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 4 years and Post Release Control in the amount of 3 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: PRC Notification Given.

3/20/2018 - Skye Parker Rosa Dedic, 20 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000406

Convicted of Theft of Drugs, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and 3 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and Post Release Control in the amount of 3 years. The judge ordered: Not leave the State of Ohio without permission.  Not possess, sell...a firearm or dangerous ordnance.
