A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.  Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 3/4/2019 to 3/11/2019:

 

3/6/2019 - Jeffrey A. Hill, 44 year old male from BIG PRAIRIE - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000403 -

Judicial Release Sentence Convicted of Attempted Burglary, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2911.12(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. The judge ordered: Same as original conditions, including Reentry Court.

 

3/5/2019 - Lester Bullard, 39 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000023

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to the following conditions: Credit for jail time served.

 

3/5/2019 - Randi Martinez, 28 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000563

Convicted of Possession of Marihuana, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.
