4/12/2016 - Jelayne Joyce Pettett, 22 year old female from Doylestown - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000105

Convicted of Endangering Children, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.22(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: JAIL CONSECUTIVE TO 2016 TRC 262, SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE IOP, SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE A PARENTING CLASS. 4/12/2016 - Rhonda Rosner, 67 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000321

Convicted of Failure to Maintain Property Standards, UM, in violation of Wooster Codified Ordinance 1351.01(-). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a fine of $100.00.

 

4/12/2016 - Kimberly S. Snader, 53 year old female from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000208

Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $400.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

4/14/2016 - Gary William Trent Cross, 26 year old male from APPLE CREEK - Case No. 2015 CR-B 001890

Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 20 days and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: Defendant shall receive credit for one day served on the jail sanction.
