Week of 4/20/15 Criminal Felony Convictions:

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.

Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 4/20/2015 to 4/27/2015:

 

4/22/2015 - Eric Robert Eicholtz, 32 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CRC-I 000012

Convicted of Theft, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K.

Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court

Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform

Community Service: 80 Hours; Pay Restitution: 850.; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed

by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Intensive Supervision Program; PRC Notification Given;

Participate in Thinking for a Change Program.

Convicted of Attempted Breaking and Entering, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2911.13(A). Sentenced by Judge

Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

Convicted of Breaking and Entering, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.13(A) and 2 additional counts. Sentenced by

Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed:

Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer;

Perform Community Service: 80 Hours; Pay Restitution: 850 - 350 Stohller, 500 Tyler.; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug /

Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; PRC Notification Given;

4/22/2015 - John C. Blankenship, 82 year old male from Saint Clairsville - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000400

Convicted of Falsification, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.13(A)(6). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term

of incarceration of 60 days. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

4/22/2015 - Stacey K. Howell, 21 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000032

Convicted of Possession of Cocaine, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by

Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months. The

judge ordered: Complete WCCSB Case Plan.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees;

Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours;

Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful

Employment; Obtain GED or High School Diploma; Intensive Supervision Program; Participate in Day Reporting Program.

 

4/22/2015 - Jordan A. Malone, 18 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000231

Convicted of Trafficking in Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by

Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.

Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation

Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Pay Restitution: $200.; Random Drug

Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment;

Intensive Supervision Program.
