Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 30 days. The judge ordered: Credit for 20 days jail time served.

5/9/2018 - Stephen Lee Losh, 31 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000211

Convicted of Possession of Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest.

 

5/9/2018 - Phillip Marks, 27 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000088

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: PRC Notification Given.

 

5/9/2018 - Daryl Taylor, 30 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000411

Convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.51(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.
