Week of 6/6/16 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 6/6/2016 to 6/13/2016:

 

6/9/2016 - Mikel Henry Connock, 35 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000488

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a

term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $150.00. The judge ordered: Fine is waived.  The 30-day jail sanction is stayed until March 1, 2017. If the Defendant has successfully completed the New Destiny treatment program or other similar program, the jail sanction shall be vacated. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

6/8/2016 - Kevin D. Roberts, 28 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000452

Convicted of Possession of Marihuana, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan

to: a fine of $50.00. The judge ordered: 6 month OL Suspension. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court

Costs / Probation Fees.

 

6/9/2016 - Derek Andrew Miller, 19 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 001901

Convicted of Unauthorized Use of Property, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.04(A) and one additional count.

Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $150.00. Additionally

the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow

Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 6 months Hours; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.

 

6/9/2016 - Jeremiah R. Siladi, 30 year old male from DOYLESTOWN - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000435

Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle

to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $250.00.

Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation

Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 40 Hours; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment;

Counseling: DV/ Another Way; Wayne County Jail: Serve 30 Days.

 

6/10/2016 - Dainyelle Roxanne Mitchem, 33 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000783

Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R.

VanSickle to: a fine of $50.00. The judge ordered: 06/10/ Waiver signed by defendant: Waiver of trial, guilty plea, payment of fines

and costs. Defendant paid $115 ($50 in fines and $65 in court costs) Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

6/10/2016 - John Terry Pattie, 44 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000666

Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to:

a fine of $35.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

6/10/2016 - Erika N. Burns, 31 year old female from DOYLESTOWN - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000571

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of

incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: The jail term and house arrest in this matter to be served

consecutively to the Court's sentence in Case No. 2015 CR-B 001932. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court

Costs / Probation Fees; Electronic Home Monitoring: Execution of jail sanction stayed for 14 days to screen for house arrest. If

qualified and approved, Defendant may serve 20 days of the jail sanction under electronically monitored house arrest.

 

 

6/10/2016 - Heather J. Harstine, 40 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2016 CR-B 000484

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of

incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: The

Defendant shall write a letter of apology to Judy Campbell, to be reviewed by the probation department.  The Defendant shall successfully complete theft counseling/TARP program. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay

Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform

Community Service: 80 hours Hours; Evaluation: The Defendant shall undergo a mental health assessment and any counseling as

determined by the probation department.
