The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 7/6/2015 to 7/13/2015:

 

7/6/2015 - Lacie Faye Black, 26 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000400

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of

incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $400.00. The judge ordered: Fines and Costs Shall be Waived.

 

7/6/2015 - Robin L. Haskins, 42 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000403

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a fine of

$250.00. The judge ordered: Defendant may perform Community Service to pay a portion of her fines. Additionally the following

conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

7/9/2015 - Felicia Marie Harmon, 29 year old female from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2014 CR-B 001967

Convicted of Possession of Drugs, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle

to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $200.00. The

judge ordered: Fine is waived.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard

Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental

Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Evaluation: drug assessment.

term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $200.00. Additionally

the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow

Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 40 Hours; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by

Probation Department; No Contact with WalMart; Screening: drug assessment.

 

7/9/2015 - Diana L. Hupp, 37 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000646

Convicted of Attempted Unlawful Restraint, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2905.03(A). Sentenced by Judge

Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 24 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of

$200.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws &

Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; No Contact with Morgan Morrison or her immediate family; Evaluation:

Substance Abuse and Mental Health assessment and follow all recommendations; Counseling: complete counseling through SAMI

Group.

 

7/9/2015 - Shane Stephen Malcuit, 25 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000454

Convicted of Resisting Arrest, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.33(A). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a fine

of $350.00. The judge ordered: Pled to Attempted Resisting Arrest M3.   Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay

Court Costs / Probation Fees.

7/7/2015 - Andrew William Hershman, 25 year old male from SMITHVILLE - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000491

Convicted of Misuse of Credit Cards, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.21(B)(2). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan

to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $500.00. The judge ordered: Fines and Costs waived.  Additionally the following

conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of

Probation Officer; Pay Restitution: $424.94 to Jessica Grimes by 06/03/2016.

 

7/7/2015 - Andrew W. Hershman, 25 year old male from SMITHVILLE - Case No. 2014 CR-B 001805

Convicted of Misuse of Credit Cards, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.21(B)(2). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R.

VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: 2913.51 x 2 dismissed in exchange for

plea to 2913.21 A2.  Fines are waived Defendant serving prison sentence - 30 days to be credited time served; Time consecutive to all other jail sentences.   Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

7/7/2015 - Andrew William Hershman, 26 year old male from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000766

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and 3 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge

Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and a fine of $400.00. The judge ordered: Fines waived

Jail time to be served consecutive to all other jail sentences.   Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs /

Probation Fees.

 

7/7/2015 - Autumn L. Ridenbaugh, 33 year old female from SHREVE - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000078

Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: Successfully Complete TARP.

7/10/2015 - Melinda P. Nottingham, 31 year old female from DALTON - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000747

Millhoan to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: Screen for

Hope Court Continuous Alcohol Monitor.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Evaluation: Mental Health; Alcohol-related prohibitions: Shall not possess or consume any alcohol; Screening: Alcohol Assessment / Anger Mgmt Assessment; Counseling: Mental Health.

 

7/9/2015 - Joshua Daniel Yoder, 28 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000138

Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to:

Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: 30 days in Jail - may qualify for

Home arrest. Sentence stayed for 14 days to screen for Home Arrest. Shall complete alcohol assessment.

Shall complete a mental health assessment and follow all recommendations. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay

Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

7/8/2015 - Michael L. Long, 34 year old male from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000530

Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(5). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R.

VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 15 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. The

judge ordered: hours of community service shall be performed for the benefit of the Wooster Police Department to the greatest extent

practicable.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws

& Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Screening: to be screened for

home arrest. Jail sentence is stayed for 14 days to allow for screening.

 

7/9/2015 - Eugene L. Sawyer, 50 year old male from MANSFIELD - Case No. 2015 CR-B 000375

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to:

Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: Defendant to complete the TARP

program or other similar program as approved by the Defendant's probation officer. Additionally the following conditions were

imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation

Officer; Perform Community Service: 20 Hours; Screening: Obtain a drug assessment and follow all recommendations.
