Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 8/20/2018 to 8/27/2018:

 

8/23/2018 - Cory Weiser, 26 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000331

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced

by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 90 days. The judge ordered: Sentence concurrent with sentences of Wayne

County Municipal Court.

 

8/23/2018 - Shianna Renee Lynn Carter, 20 year old female from Wooster - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000011

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one

additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to the following conditions: Intervention in lieu of conviction continued under

original terms ... Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by

Probation Department; Participate in Drug Court.

 

8/23/2018 - Cory Michael Weiser, 24 year old male from Kimbolton - Case No. 2016 CRC-I 000399 - Probation

Violation Sentence

Convicted of Importuning, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.07(B)(1). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to the

following conditions: Community control terminated unsuccessfully.  Credit for jail time served.
