Week of 9/28/15 Criminal Felony Convictions:

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.

Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 9/28/2015 to 10/5/2015:

 

9/30/2015 - Nicholas Anthony Roach, 25 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2015 CRC-I 000146

Convicted of Identity Fraud, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.49(B)(2) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge

Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay

Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform

Community Service: 80 Hours; Pay Restitution: 171.; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation

Department; Participate in Drug Court.

 

9/30/2015 - Megan E. Airwyke, 22 year old female from Millersburg - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000221

Convicted of Trafficking in Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to:

a term of incarceration of 4 months and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.

 

9/30/2015 - Kurtis R. Quick, 26 year old male from Doylestown - Case No. 0375-12-CR - Probation Violation Sentence

Convicted of Aggravated Trafficking, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced

by Judge Corey E. Spitler to the following conditions: Community control continued. Additionally the following conditions were

imposed: Participate in Day Reporting Program.

 

9/30/2015 - Kurtis R. Quick, 26 year old male from Doylestown - Case No. 0026-13-CR - Probation Violation Sentence

Convicted of Aggravated Possession, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and 3 additional counts. Sentenced by

Judge Corey E. Spitler to the following conditions: Community control continued. Additionally the following conditions were

imposed: Participate in Day Reporting Program.
