Kathryn Maurer – Paralegal Felony Division

Kathryn began her employment with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in October of 2015 as a Paralegal for the Felony Division. She received her BA in Political Science from the University of West Florida and her post-degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. Prior to working for the Prosecutor’s Office, Kathryn was a high school English teacher in Brevard County, Florida. As the Felony Division’s sole paralegal, Kathryn’s responsibilities include preparing all felony cases for Grand Jury, arraignments, and court hearings. In addition, she drafts and processes court documents and maintains the calendars of the Felony Division’s Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys.
