Seeking to Fill Assistant Prosecutor Position

For Immediate Release

The Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time assistant prosecuting attorney to prosecute abuse, dependency and neglect cases in Juvenile Court on behalf of the Wayne County Children’s Services Board.

Requirements for the position include: licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, excellent research and writing abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of professional behavior, and impeccable integrity. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Experience is preferred.

Week of 1/28/19 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 1/28/2019 to 2/4/2019:

 

1/28/2019 - Brandi Lee Humphrey, 33 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000122

Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced to: a fine of $150.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.
