INTAKE CASE MANAGER/INVESTIGATOR

The Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency is seeking to fill an opening for an Intake Case Manager/Investigator.  This position is full-time (40 hours per week).  The starting pay for this position is $13.75 per hour and $14.44 after successful probation. Wayne County benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, vacation, and sick leave are available.

SEEKING AN ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEY

The Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking an assistant prosecuting attorney. Duties will primarily include prosecuting misdemeanor cases in the Wayne County Municipal Court. Additional duties include preparing and presenting trainings to law enforcement, providing legal advice to law enforcement agencies regarding matters of search and seizure and developments in criminal law, aiding in the creation of search warrants, and making appropriate criminal charging decisions.
