Description: Legal Secretary–Misdemeanor Division      Wage: $11.54/hr.

SEEKING AN ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEY

The Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time assistant prosecutor. Duties may include: prosecuting juvenile delinquency and unruly cases; prosecuting abuse, dependency and neglect cases in Juvenile Court; prosecuting adult misdemeanor violations in the Wayne County Municipal Court; civil research and litigation; drafting memorandums and other legal documents; along with other duties that accompany being an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
