2/18/2021 – Cody Gallion, 27-year-old male from SMITHVILLE – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000121

Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1) and one additional count.  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 90 days and a fine of $400.00.

2/19/2021 – Lauren Alice Grizzel, 31-year-old female from RITTMAN – Case No. 2020 CR-B 000630
