Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. The judge ordered: Defendant to be held until a bed is available ate SRCCC. Convicted of Illegal Use or Possession of Marihuana Drug Paraphernalia, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.141(C). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $150.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs /Probation Fees.
