4/21/2021 – Kenneth J. Cunningham, 27-year-old male from Millersburg – Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000395

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 10 days, a fine of $525.00 and a driver’s license suspension for 2 years.
