Week of 4/26/2021 Criminal Felony Convictions::

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 4/26/2021 to 5/3/2021:

 

4/27/2021 – Allan Good, 28-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000238

Convicted of Burglary, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of$250.00.

 

4/28/2021 – Michael Fout, 24-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000042

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 60 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Intensive Supervision Program; PRC Notification Given; Participation Cognitive Behavioral Group.

 

4/28/2021 – Brandon M. Senters, 19-year-old male from Coshocton – Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000546

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $500.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs /Probation Fees.

 

4/28/2021 – Christopher Kounlavong, 19 year old male from Orrville – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000177

Convicted of Aggravated Burglary, F1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.11(A)(1) and 2 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest.

 

4/28/2021 – Christopher Yodsai Kounlavong, 20-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000583

Convicted of Tampering with Evidence, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.12(A)(1) and 2 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 1 year.

 

4/28/2021 – Ashlie Lyn Morris, 31-year-old female from EAST SPARTA – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000029

Convicted of Tampering with Evidence, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.12(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Obtain GED or High School Diploma; Intensive Supervision Program; Complete Program at Community Based Correctional Facility (4 – 6 months): SRCCC; Participate in Cognitive Behavioral Group.
