Week of 5/3/2021 Criminal Felony Convictions::

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 5/3/2021 to 5/10/2021:

 

5/5/2021 – Jack Louis Masino, 32-year-old male from COLUMBUS – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000314

Convicted of Theft, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Counseling: theft related; Participate in Cognitive Behavioral Group.
