Convicted of Using Weapons While Intoxicated, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.15(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $500.00.

8/17/2021 – Cody Allen Fast, 30-year-old male from RITTMAN – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000480

Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $400.00. 8/17/2021 – Jonathan Keathley, 39-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000446

Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 15 days (with 105 days suspended) and a fine of $500.00.
