Convicted of Having Weapons While Under Disability, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.13(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 1 year, 6 months and Post Release Control in the amount of 2 years.

7/12/2022 – Brandon Price, 40-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000353

Convicted of Possession of Cocaine, F1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 4 years, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 5 years and Post Release Control in the amount of 5 years.

7/13/2022 – Brittany Wenger, 31-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000456

Convicted of Burglary, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of (with 3 years suspended) and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years.

7/13/2022 – Brittany Laura Wenger, 32-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000466

Convicted of Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year.

7/13/2022 – Byron Milbry, 36-year-old male from AKRON – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000419

Convicted of Trespass in a Habitation, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12(B). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.
