8/3/2022 – Destiny Marie Haskins, 20-year-old female from SHREVE – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000425

Convicted of Aggravated Trespass, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.211(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest.

8/3/2022 – William Rock, 47-year-old male from Orrville – Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000309

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 30 days.

8/3/2022 – Brittany Sanders, 21 year old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000501

Convicted of Endangering Children, F2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.22(B)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 4 years. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: PRC Notification Given.

8/3/2022 – Brian K. Smith, 39-year-old male from RITTMAN – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000024

Convicted of Violating a Protection Order, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a fine of $250.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

8/3/2022 – Thomas Woofter, 33-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000324
