8/31/2022 – Eric Joseph Anthony Kostka, 39-year-old male from EAST CANTON – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000029

Convicted of Robbery, F2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.02(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 3 years. The judge ordered: 3-4.5 (RT) Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; PRC Notification Given.

8/31/2022 – Atije T. Shemo-Booth, 41-year-old female from DOYLESTOWN – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000221

Convicted of Illegal Use of Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.323(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years.

8/31/2022 – William Cody Ramsey, 30-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000130

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. The judge ordered: Prison term for violation of sentencing order shall be 48 months

Shall not possess, sell, furnish, transfer, dispose of, purchase, acquire, carry, convey, or use a firearm or dangerous ordnance Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

9/1/2022 – Emily Mendez-Apolinar, 31-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000388

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

9/2/2022 – Angela Tenney, 43-year-old female from Akron – Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000412

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

9/2/2022 – Ethan C. Williams, 19-year-old male from Mansfield – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000179

Convicted of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.331(B). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a driver’s license suspension for 5 years.
