Week of 11/7/22 Criminal Felony Convictions:

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.  Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 11/7/2022 to 11/14/2022:

11/9/2022 – Myles Tuttle, 43-year-old male from BURBANK – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000339

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count.  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 80 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Intensive Supervision Program.

11/9/2022 – Randy Vitatoe, 57-year-old male from MANSFIELD – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000042

Convicted of Tampering with Evidence, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.12(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 9 months and Post Release Control in the amount of 2 years.

11/9/2022 – Jacob Howard Dickerhoof, 33-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000483

Convicted of Burglary, F2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12(A)(2) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

11/10/2022 – Matthew Wayne Myers, 48-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000240

Convicted of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.03(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 25 days.
