A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 12/12/2022 to 12/19/2022:

12/13/2022 – Natasha Mitchem, 37-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000311

12/14/2022 – Mason Duncan, 20-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000348

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years, a fine of $250.00 and a driver’s license suspension for 6 months. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.
