Week of 12/26/22 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 12/26/2022 to 1/2/2023:

12/27/2022 – Nicole Koballa, 30-year-old female from CHIPPEWA LAKE – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001593

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $150.00. The judge ordered: beacon house program.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

12/27/2022 – Ashley L. Bash, 34-year-old female from RITTMAN – Case No. 2022 CR-B 000932

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 20 days and a fine of $250.00.

12/27/2022 – Verniece Kim Harrison, 48-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001002

Convicted of Violating a Protection Order, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $250.00.

12/27/2022 – Verniece Kim Harrison, 48-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001227

Convicted of Violating a Protection Order, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $250.00.

12/27/2022 – Verniece Kim Harrison, 48-year-old female from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001414

Convicted of Violating a Protection Order, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $250.00.

12/27/2022 – Larry Wiseman, 65-year-old male from Orrville – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001691

Convicted of Failure to Obtain Dangerous Dog Certificate, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 0955.22(E)(2). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $250.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

12/27/2022 – Jennifer Lynn Hedrick, 39-year-old female from Wooster – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001682

Convicted of Failure to Confine Dog on Premises, UM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 0955.22(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $50.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

12/27/2022 – Karieann Louis, 18-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001701

12/29/2022 – Stacy L. Robinson, 45-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CR-B 000768
