Week of 3/13/23 Criminal Felony Convictions::

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 3/13/2023 to 3/20/2023:

3/15/2023 – Paul Miller, 36-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000508 Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 15 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year.
