5/9/2023 – John A. Schaad, 44-year-old male from Wooster – Case No. 2023 CRC-I 000246 Convicted of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them – OVI, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4511.19(A)(1)(a). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years, a fine of $1,000.00 and a driver’s license suspension for 5 years. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.
