Brian Carbenia joined the Wayne Couty Prosecutor’s Office in 2024. Brian graduated from the University of Akron in May 2003 with his Juris Doctor Degree and a Master’s in Public Administration. Brian has previously worked as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Ohio State Auditor’s Office. He has served as a law clerk in the City of Akron Law Department and in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. Brian has over twenty-five years in public service in all levels of government.
