Daniel Starett – Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Daniel A. Starett is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Supervisor at the Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), a division of the Office of the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney. Daniel joined the office in January of 2020. Daniel is responsible for representing CSEA in all court proceedings, providing legal advice to the agency and supervising the CSEA legal team. Prior to joining the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Daniel served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Child Support Unit of the Office of the Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney for nine years. Daniel also has represented clients in civil litigation and bankruptcy matters prior to entering into a career of public service. Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University and his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Daniel was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2008.
