Jessica Musser graduated from Heidelberg College in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Mental Health Psychology.  She has been employed through the Wayne County Victim Witness Assistance Program (WCVWAP) since January 2013, and recently also began working part time for the Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency. She previously was employed through Wayne County Children Services Board and has over eight years of experience working with families and community resources around Wayne County. Jessica serves as a team member at the Child Advocacy Center for children that have been sexual assaulted and/or suffered severe physical abuse.
