Jessica Musser graduated from Heidelberg College in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Psychology.  She has been employed with the Wayne County Victim Witness Assistance Program (WCVWAP) since January 2013. She previously was a case worker with Wayne County Children Services Board and she has over eight years of experience working with families and community resources in Wayne County. On behalf of the office, Jessica serves as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, which collaborates on matters of child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse.
