8/12/2014 - Brandi Lee Humphrey, 28 year old female from POLK - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000099

Convicted of Theft From an Elderly Person or Disabled Adult, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.

 

8/12/2014 - Jamar James Brothers, 23 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000178

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 38 days.

 

8/13/2014 - Jerry E. Moore, Jr., 43 year old male from Creston - Case No. 0338-13-CR

Convicted of Trafficking in Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to:  Community Control sanctions in the amount of  2 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; PRC Notification Given; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.

 

8/13/2014 - Jerry Moore, Jr., 43 year old male from Creston - Case No. 2014 CRC-I 000077

Convicted of Illegal Assembly or Possession Of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.041(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a driver's license suspension for 6 months.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; No Contact with Salvation Army; PRC Notification Given; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.

 

8/13/2014 - Jacob H. Dickerhoof, 25 year old male from Creston - Case No. 0014-14-(CR)

Convicted of Burglary, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years.
