Convicted of Receiving stolen property, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.51(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to:
Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $500.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed:  Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Counseling: drug/alcohol; Pay Restitution: 50; Pay Court Costs; Probation; Fees; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol; Drug; Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.  Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

8/21/2013 - Franz Richard Neumeister, 57 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 0169-13-CR
Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 6 months and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: jail suspended to pay restitution. Additionally the following conditions were imposed:  Pay Restitution: 600.
