11/20/2013 - Daniel Choueiry, 23 year old male from Akron - Case No. 0235-13-CR

Convicted of Attempted Burglary, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2911.12(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Corey E.

Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 1 year, 6 months, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a driver's license

suspension for 6 months. The judge ordered: Credit for jail time served.   Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay

Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Intensive

Convicted of Forgery, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.31(A)(3) and 2 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge Corey E.

Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. The judge ordered: Credit for jail time served.  Additionally the

following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow

Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Pay Restitution: $1,000.; Obtain / Maintain Gainful
