10/21/2019 - Eric Alan Ahrens, Jr., 24 year old male from West Salem - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001135     Convicted of Failure to Comply with Underage Alcohol Laws, UM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4301.69(A).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $350.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 80 Hours.

10/21/2019 - Brandon Hans James, 21 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000879     Convicted of Criminal Trespass, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.21(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 11 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $150.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Obtain GED or High School Diploma.

10/21/2019 - Jon Erik Lindberg, 26 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000869     Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $250.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Counseling: anger management.

10/21/2019 - Jeremiah Daniel Mettler, 38 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000703     Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $500.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Evaluation: Alcohol and recs.; Alcoholrelated prohibitions: Defendant may not be anywhere alcohol is served or consume alcohol.

10/21/2019 - Heather Mellert, 49 year old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001177     Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. 10/21/2019 - Justin Allen Wright, 25 year old male from EAST CANTON - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001098     Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. 10/22/2019 - Elizabeth Mae Wetmore Barth, 33 year old female from WEST SALEM - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001319     Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(5).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. 10/24/2019 - Roy Icenhower, II, 19 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001080     Convicted of Obstructing Official Business, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.31(A).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $200.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.
