Week of 11/25/19 Misdemeanor Convictions:

 

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses.  The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 11/25/2019 to 12/2/2019:

11/25/2019 - Rhonda Morgan, 47-year-old female from JEFFERSONVILLE     Convicted of Resisting Arrest, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.33(A) and one additional count.  Sentenced to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $400.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.

12/2/2019 - Sebastian Facemire, 19-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000911     Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 20 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $350.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Obtain GED or High School Diploma; Counseling: MRT or Anger Management as ordered by probation officer.

11/25/2019 - Junior Adams, 44-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001514     Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(2).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

11/26/2019 - Paige Phillips, 25-year-old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001461     Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(B)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $100.00.

11/26/2019 - Brena Pasquariello, 19-year-old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001473     Convicted of Failure to Comply with Underage Alcohol Laws, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4301.69(E)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $300.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.

11/26/2019 - Nicholas Baker, 21-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2017 CR-B 002213     Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 120 days and a fine of $350.00.  The judge ordered: Fines and costs due 180 days after release from incarceration. Credit for 79 days.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Wayne County Jail: Serve 120 Days.

11/26/2019 - Michael Eagle, 28-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001131     Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A) and one additional count.  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 25 years, 170 days and a fine of $700.00.  The judge ordered: Credit 36 days.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Wayne County Jail: Serve 170 Days.

 11/27/2019 - Amere Robinson, 21-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 001470     Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and one additional count.  Sentenced to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $550.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Pay Restitution: $792.36.; No Contact with Walmart (Wooster); Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.
