The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 1/24/2022 to 1/31/2022:

Convicted of Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.14(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $150.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Screening: Drug Assessment and recommended follow-up.

 

1/24/2022 - Carlos Pyles, 28-year-old male from SHREVE - Case No. 2021 CR-B 000797

Convicted of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.12(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $250.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Screening: Drug and Alcohol Screening and any recommended follow-up.

Convicted of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.12(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 3 years and a fine of $100.00.
