2/24/2021 - Thomas Patrick Shields, 50-year-old male from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000416

2/24/2021 - Cody A. Fenwick, 29-year-old male from Wooster - Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000051

Convicted of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, F2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 2 years and Post Release Control in the amount of 3 years. The judge ordered: 2-3 1/2 years for indefinite sentencing.

 

2/24/2021 - Cody Allen Fenwick, 30-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000474

Convicted of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.331(B) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a driver's license suspension for 5 years.
