A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 2/28/2022 to 3/7/2022:

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

3/2/2022 - D'Aaron Ziimyr Niiaryee Rogers, 18-year-old male from AKRON - Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000490

Convicted of Possession of Heroin, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.

 

3/2/2022 - Trisha Lynne Harmon, 39-year-old female from LOUISVILLE - Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000095

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of (with 1 year suspended) and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. The judge ordered: Complete conditions of probation out of Holmes County. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 1 year, 3 months and Post Release Control in the amount of 2 years. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: PRC Notification Given.
