Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 175 days and a fine of $500.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

4/5/2021 - Victor Pompa, 30-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2020 CR-B 000321

Convicted of Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.14(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 25 days and a fine of $200.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

4/5/2021 - Victor Pompa, 31-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2020 CR-B 000320

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 90 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $700.00. 4/8/2021 - Hunter Call, 20-year-old male from ORRVILLE - Case No. 2020 CR-B 001116

Convicted of Violating a Protection Order, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 30 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $350.00.

 

4/9/2021 - Andrew Blankenship, 33-year-old male from CRESTON - Case No. 2021 CR-B 000129

Convicted of Resisting Arrest, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.33(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $450.00. The judge ordered: Complete Anger Management Complete Mental Health Counseling Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Perform Community Service: 40 Hours; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department.

 

4/9/2021 - Trent David Davis, 23-year-old male from RITTMAN - Case No. 2021 CR-B 000025
