A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.  Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 5/20/2019 to 5/27/2019: 5/21/2019:

Tyler Howell, 27 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000117     Convicted of Possession of Heroin, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A).  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00.

5/22/2019 - Ashley L. Becker, 31 year old female from Rittman - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000621     Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A).  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00.

5/22/2019 - Antwyan Reynolds, 19 year old male from Columbus - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000462     Convicted of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(2) and one additional count.  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 3 years.  The judge ordered: Court will likely grant judicial release after one year.

5/22/2019 - Antwyan Reynolds, 18 year old male from Columbus - Case No. 2017 CRC-I 000488     Convicted of Trafficking in Marihuana, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.03(A)(2) and 2 additional counts.  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.  The judge ordered: Sentence concurrent to prison term.
