Week of 6/3/19 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses.  The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 6/3/2019 to 6/10/2019:

6/3/2019 - Eric Wayne Anderson, 62-year-old male from MARSHALLVILLE - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000433     Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. 6/3/2019 - Lisa Skelly, 29-year-old female from CRESTON - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000456     Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 60 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $250.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Random Drug Testing; No Contact with Kohl’s Wooster; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.

6/3/2019 - Jessica Parker, 36-year-old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000447     Convicted of Possession of Drugs, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $350.00.  The judge ordered: Defendant shall complete IOP (Holmes County - one eighty) and follow all recommendations.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.

6/3/2019 - Valerie Unruh, 26-year-old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2019 CR-B 000475     Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year, 6 months and a fine of $500.00.  The judge ordered: Defendant shall continue counseling at One Eighty, the Counseling Center, and the SAMI program and follow all recommendations.  Defendant shall take all medication as prescribed. Defendant may go to job interview at Gogo carwash and return to sign up for the probation no later than 2:00 pm.
