A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio.  Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 7/6/2020 to 7/13/2020:

7/8/2020 - Eric D. Albert, 50-year-old male from Wooster - Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000553     Convicted of Attempted Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2925.11(A).  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. 7/8/2020 - Cameron Lee Vanbrunt, 21-year-old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000241     Convicted of Escape, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.34(A)(1).  Sentenced by Judge Mark K. 7/8/2020 - Jadd Wilson, 26 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 2019 CRC-I 000254     Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A).  Sentenced by Judge Corey E.
