Week of 9/7/20 Misdemeanor Convictions:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 9/7/2020 to 9/14/2020:

 

9/8/2020 - Imogene Osborne, 25-year-old female from WOOSTER - Case No. 2020 CR-B 000145

Convicted of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.12(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 7 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 40 Hours; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.

 

9/8/2020 - Daniel Alley, 57-year-old male from WADSWORTH - Case No. 2020 CR-B 001018

Convicted of Open Container, MM, in violation of Wooster Codified Ordinance 0529.03(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $100.00. The judge ordered: Alcohol Assessment.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

 

9/8/2020 - Shawn Hanna, 39-year-old male from WOOSTER

Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced to: a fine of $100.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.
