Alex M. Lepley – 12-CR-0157 – Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordance  (F3) –Found guilty by Judge Spitler.  Sentenced to 12 months incarceration – sentence con-current with 12-CR-0338.

11-27-2012 – ROY HEATER – 10-CR-0066 – Convicted of Theft  (F5).  Sentenced by Judge Spitler one year Community Control, pay $200 fine, pay $420 in Resitution, 30 days in jail with home arrest screening.
