10/16/2018 - Timothy Lee Nicholson, 39 year old male from Seville - Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000263

Convicted of Theft, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a fine of $250.00.  Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Pay Restitution: If any, as determined by probation department.
