Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to:

Community Control sanctions in the amount of 6 months and a fine of $150.00. The judge ordered: TARP. Additionally the following
