Wayne County Prosecutor Dan Lutz enthusiastically welcomes a new member to his dedicated team. Olivia Bumb joined the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant County Prosecutor on March 18, 2013, and is assigned to the Misdemeanor Division prosecuting cases in the Wayne County Municipal Court. Olivia was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2012. She attended The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2012, earning both a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate.

The Wayne County Municipal Court has Jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses.  The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for the week of March 18, 2013:
   
  3/18/2013 - David Russell Conrad, 28 year old male from Killbuck - Case No. 00067-01-13-CRB
       Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and 2 additional counts.  Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $600.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Home Arrest.
